Community Guidelines

TheCamsClub is an 18+ platform. These rules exist to keep every performer and viewer a verified, consenting adult, and to keep illegal content off this site entirely:

• •Adults only. Every person appearing on camera must be 18 or older and identity-verified by TheCamsClub before broadcasting. No exceptions.
• •Zero tolerance for minors. Sexualizing, soliciting, or depicting anyone under 18, in any form, results in immediate permanent removal and a report to the NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement where required.
• •Consent is mandatory. Everyone on camera must be present voluntarily, on their own verified account or as a verified guest. Coercion, trafficking, and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited and reported.
• •Illegal content is prohibited. Bestiality, incest involving minors or non-consent themes presented as real, and any content illegal in the performer's or viewer's jurisdiction may not be streamed, requested, or linked.
• •Verification and records. Performers must keep an active verified ID on file. Records are maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (see our 2257 Statement).

These rules apply to every stream, recording, profile, title, thumbnail, chat message and direct message. Creators agree to them before going live.

Not allowed

• •Anyone under 18, on camera or in content, in any form.
• •Anyone on camera who is not identity-verified on their own account or as a verified guest.
• •Coercion, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• •Bestiality, incest involving minors or non-consent themes presented as real, and any content illegal in the performer's or viewer's jurisdiction.
• •Harassment, hate speech, threats, or sharing someone's private information.
• •Violence, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or illegal activity.
• •Content you don't have the rights to stream.

Age requirements

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to join, watch, stream, buy Sparks, or send messages. There are no exceptions and no under-18 tier.

Reporting

Every stream and profile has a Report option. Reports go to our moderation team, who aim to review them within 24 hours, and faster for streams that are live. Titles, bios and names are also screened automatically; anything flagged is hidden until a moderator reviews it.

Enforcement

1. First violation

The stream is ended and a warning is issued.

2. Second violation

Streaming is suspended for 7 days.

3. Serious or repeated violations

   Permanent ban.

4. Anything involving a minor

Immediate permanent ban, records preserved, and a report to the NCMEC CyberTipline as the law requires.

Every report and decision is logged. Sparks earned on a stream removed for a violation of these Guidelines may be withheld.
